By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.

Poster App Subscriptions

Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that date.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: You can cancel your yearly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (12 months from the subscription date).
  • Free Trial: You can cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without any charges.

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your Poster App account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing access to the service for more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service not matching the description provided
  • Refund requested within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Custom development projects cancelled within 24 hours of order placement

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after the 7-day period
  • Failure to use the service or access the account
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Completed custom development work
  • Services consumed or downloaded content

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Custom Development Services

Project Cancellation

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
  • During Development: Refund of remaining amount after deducting completed work charges
  • After Completion: No refund once the project is delivered and approved

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects with milestone-based payments:

  • Refund available only for pending milestones
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Work-in-progress milestones will be charged proportionally

Payment Methods & Processing

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • UPI and digital wallet refunds typically process within 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees (charged by payment gateways) are generally non-refundable. In case of a refund, the processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount unless the refund is due to our error.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.) that prevent us from delivering our services, we will work with customers to either:

  • Provide alternative solutions or timeline adjustments
  • Offer service credits for future use
  • Process partial or full refunds based on the situation

Account Violations

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, all payments are forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
